How to Use Close-End Connectors (Installing a Close-End Connector):

Follow these steps:

1. Strip the wire insulaton –Remove approximately 12–16 mm of insulaton from each wire you want to terminate. The length of exposed wire should be sufcient to enter the connector and make contact with the copper insert.
2. Insert the wires – Slide the bare wires into the copper barrel inside the nylon cap untl fully seated.
3. Crimp the connector – Use a plier-style crimper to compress the barrel. Crimp frmly in the center of the connector body.
4. Inspect the crimp – Make sure all wires are tghtly secured and the connector is not loose. Gently tug the wires to confrm a solid connecton.
